A song for Halloween!
Story behind the song
In the Clickers Club FaceBook group, there was a challenge to create a Halloween song.
I decided to write about a haunted house, as I have always been fascinated by that side of the horror scene connected to Halloween.
Apart form the innocent Trick or Treat childrens' part, Halloween seems to represent all kinds of horror, witchcraft, demons,devils and whatever scary things you can think of. Though we try to laugh at it, some of it surely is really scary, like getting trapped in a haunted house, unable to find the way out.....

The Haunted House, he was told to never go there.
But it kept calling and it gave him nightmares.
He stood on the stairs, staring at the door.
But an old man came, whom he had never seen before.
He said: Do not enter the Haunted House!
It's a trap and you're the mouse.
It will let you in, no doubt!
But once you're in, you can't get out!
For years he was gone, and forgot about his fears.
But one Halloween he was back and it brought him to tears.
The Haunted House - he had to open the door.
There was the old man, floating up through the floor!
He said: Do not enter the Haunted House!
It's a trap and you're the mouse.
It will let you in , no doubt!
But once you're in, you can't get out!
The Haunted House, you should never go there.
You can hear him call and it will give you nightmares.
He is trapped inside, banging on the doors.
And the old man laughs, like he never did before.
